After analysis of the site and regulatory options available, we begin our actual conceptual design process.
Through discussion with your designer, we arrive at the concept design that best suits your needs. The designer then develops the concept into a preliminary layout.
Upon arrival at the desired layout and specifications, we enter into the conceptual design stage.
This stage develops the preliminary room layout, window sizes and orientation, natural light and ventilation desires, furniture layouts and sustainable construction systems available.
The final stages of design allow us to develop full construction documents, architectural drawings and details for permitting, job costing and construcion
